Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai 13
Matsuribayashi-hen is going to be the best arc ever. Especially if it’s going to be 11 episodes; lots and lots of time to properly explain everything. No mistakes this time, eh Studio DEEN?
This episode did an excellent job at making Takano look as evil as she should, and showcased Rika’s desperation to beat fate perfectly. Especially the scene pictured above, where the group tries to recruit Hanyuu into believing that the next Hinamizawa is the last. Those who have played the game would already know Hanyuu was too cowardly to do anything to help the group this arc.. but this changes come Matsuribayashi-hen. Even Hanyuu comes to believe this will be the last world. All they need now is a miracle..
Oh Hanyuu, how I love you.
(Funny story: on Fiesta I have a High Cleric named Hanyu, and the other day I ran into a Furude Rika.. who often levels with a character named Keiichi!)
